Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset on your monthly renewal date. This keeps pricing simple and predictable. If you regularly hit your limit before the month ends, upgrading to the next plan is the right move.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you always get the full value of what you paid for.
What happens when I hit my credit limit?
Your connected hooks are automatically paused and no new suggestions are generated until the next billing period. You'll receive an email notification at 80% usage as a heads-up, and again when the limit is reached. You can upgrade at any time to resume immediately.
Is my GitHub code safe?
Yes. Prodrion clones your repository temporarily to analyse file structure and generate targeted suggestions. Your code is never stored permanently, never used to train AI models, and your GitHub token is stored encrypted at rest. You can revoke access at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
