You can cancel your Prodrion subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Access continues until the end of your current paid period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or data immediately. You retain full access until your billing period ends.

We strongly recommend exporting your data before your billing period ends. To export:
After 30 days post-cancellation, all feedback data, suggestions, workspace configuration, and hook settings are permanently and irreversibly deleted. Prodrion cannot recover deleted data.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing period has started. This is because:
Exception: If you were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, incorrect plan), we will issue a full refund within 5 business days. Contact billing@prodrion.com with your invoice number.
Annual plans may be refunded under the following conditions:

Prorated refunds are calculated as: (months remaining / 12) × annual price paid, minus any applicable processing fees.
Refund requests for annual plans must be submitted within the 14-day window. Requests after this window will not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances.

To request an exceptional refund, email billing@prodrion.com with your account details and a description of the circumstances. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
You can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time before your data is deleted (within 30 days of the period end). To reactivate:
Upon reactivation, your workspace data is restored and a new billing period begins. You will be charged the current plan price at the time of reactivation.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at billing@prodrion.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most billing disputes within 3 business days.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is investigated. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned.
