By creating a Prodrion account or using any Prodrion service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Prodrion on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Prodrion provides an AI-powered product intelligence platform that: (a) collects and classifies user feedback from connected sources including app stores and Reddit; (b) clusters feedback into actionable signals; (c) generates code change suggestions and GitHub pull requests based on those signals; and (d) provides a dashboard to manage workspaces, hooks, and suggestions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to use Prodrion to:
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
You retain ownership of all data you bring into Prodrion — your feedback data, your code, your workspace configuration. By using the service, you grant Prodrion a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
We do not claim ownership over your data, and we do not use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled.
Prodrion uses AI to analyse your feedback and generate code suggestions and pull requests. You acknowledge that:
Never merge AI-generated pull requests without code review. Prodrion is not liable for any damage caused by merging unreviewed code suggestions.
When you connect a GitHub repository, you grant Prodrion permission to clone that repository and create pull requests on your behalf using the personal access token you provide.
The service operates on a credit system. One credit is consumed for each feedback signal successfully processed by the AI pipeline. Credits are allocated monthly per your plan:

The Prodrion platform, including its UI, algorithms, clustering logic, and underlying infrastructure, is owned by Prodrion and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the platform itself.
The Prodrion name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of Prodrion. You may not use them without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PRODRION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your use case.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODRION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
PRODRION'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PRODRION IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prodrion and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) any code you merge into your codebase based on Prodrion suggestions.
You may cancel your account at any time from the Billing page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days during which you may export it. After 30 days, all workspace data is permanently deleted. Billing records are retained for 7 years per financial regulations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
