Prodrion ("Prodrion", "we", "us", "our") operates the Prodrion platform available at prodrion.com and associated subdomains. Prodrion is an AI-powered product intelligence platform that collects user feedback from multiple sources, clusters it into actionable signals, and generates code suggestions and pull requests to help product and engineering teams act on user feedback.

Account Data — When you sign up we collect your email address, name, and organisation name. This is stored in our authentication system (Supabase Auth).
Workspace Configuration — GitHub repository URLs, GitHub personal access tokens (stored encrypted), and integration settings you configure in your workspace. These are stored in our database and used solely to operate the service on your behalf.
Feedback Data — Text content of app reviews and posts collected from the sources you configure (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Reddit). This content is processed by our AI pipeline and stored in your workspace database. You control what sources are connected.
Usage Data — Number of feedback signals processed, suggestions generated, and pull requests created. Used for billing and plan enforcement.
Log Data — IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically for security and debugging. Retained for 30 days.
We do not use your feedback data or code to train AI models. All AI inference runs on Ollama Cloud using models that process your data but do not learn from it.

We do not share your data with any other third parties. We do not sell data.
All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS us-east-1. GitHub access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Database connections use TLS in transit.
We implement row-level security (RLS) policies so workspace data is only accessible to authenticated members of that workspace. Service role keys are never exposed to the frontend.
No security system is perfect. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware.

We use essential cookies only — for authentication sessions and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel).
Prodrion is a B2B platform intended for use by businesses and professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. The updated policy will always be available at prodrion.com/legal/privacy-policy.
